Typical action of the Notary that covers all the previous areas, being classified according to its object or purpose and which can never contain contracts.
Some of these actions require that the instrument be authorized by a skilled notary according to the notarial district.
Acts of notoriety:
They serve to verify and establish notorious facts on which personal or property rights and situations can be declared, with legal importance.
Attendance records:
They prove the reality or truth of the fact that motivates their authorization and can have various purposes (delivery of documents, effects, money or other goods; offers of payment; existence of a person, prior to their identification by the notary; exhibition to the notary of documents or of things in order that, when examined, he describes them in the minutes as they result from his perception).
Within this category there are also the minutes of transmission by mail and the minutes of notification and request.
Protocolization minutes:
Their purpose is to include in the notarial protocol documents that must meet certain requirements.
Reference or demonstration minutes:
They include statements about a person's past or present events. They prove the content of the minutes, so the statements cannot be denied and the legal effects they may have will be assumed.
